Our quality management begins with the ripening of our products and furthermore oversees the entire food chain until its arrival at the customer. During storage and transport, temperatures of all products are constantly monitored and kept in optimal frozen food conditions.

Thorough tests and examinations by selected laboratories complete our quality control concept. These labs test for microbiological parameters as well as residues of agricultural pesticides and possible contamination by heavy metals, allergens, GMO, etc. Thereby our clients can enjoy the highest level of safety and quality.
